Culver Design Build can help with design, offering suggestions and advice, creating affordable plans that are ready for submitting for permits. We enjoy taking your ideas, even drawings on a napkin, and turning them into functional plans.
We specialize in “stick built” construction, which is built on site according to plans. We prefer to use 2×6’s instead of 2×4’s for exterior walls due to their additional strength and insulation possibilities. We can accommodate the owners’ preferences and budget.
