Modular Homes Have Lots of Exciting Options

Modular homes have come a long way and can have exciting curb appeal.  No longer plain rectangular boxes, the news house plan options can make it harder to tell the difference between a modular home and a stick-built construction from the outside.   Floor plans in the homes are open and inviting, with creative solutions for modern tastes and needs.

Culver Design Build, Inc.  has worked with New Era/Champion homes for decades due to their commitment to quality.  Not just hollow words, this company uses 2×6″ construction for exterior walls while the industry standard is to use 2×4.  You can picture in your mind how much more strength that gives to a structure, and the extra space in the walls allows for higher insulation values.  These buildings are solid, and we often receive comments from our clients on the tightness of the construction of their homes.  These thicker walls also provide an improved sound barrier, and their homes are much quieter.

New Era also offers new decorating options, including stylish tile selections for bathrooms, kitchens, and floors.  We can offer you various door styles, assorted carpets, as well as choices for the finish of light fixtures and door knobs.

Please don’t hesitate to call us even if you want to use your own floor plan, since most plans can be converted into modular construction.  We’d love to work with you!
